Payment terms
How MedLibrary charges you, checkout, and payment processing
Overview
These Payment terms describe how paid purchases and subscriptions work on MedLibrary when you pay by card. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms at checkout or mandatory consumer law will apply where required.
Who charges you
The merchant of record for purchases on MedLibrary is Spectra Sphere LLC (Wyoming, US), which also operates the MedLibrary platform—product, infrastructure, and customer operations—as described in our Legal notice. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor and associated bank/card-network infrastructure on our behalf.
Payment method and authorization
By completing checkout, you authorize the charge described on the payment screen (including applicable taxes) to your selected payment method. You confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
Recurring subscriptions
Where you purchase a subscription, the billing frequency, renewal date, and price are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions may renew for successive periods until you cancel using the method we provide in the product or account area. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Failed or reversed payments
If a payment fails or is reversed (including chargebacks), we may suspend or remove access to paid features until the matter is resolved. Card networks and issuers have their own dispute processes.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the terms shown at checkout, any product-specific terms, and applicable law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@medlibrary.net promptly with your transaction details.
Third-party payment processing
Payment authentication, fraud checks, and card processing may be handled by our payment processor, your bank, and card networks. Their terms and privacy notices apply to those processing steps.
