Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the MedLibrary website, applications, and related services (collectively, the Services).
Spectra Sphere LLC (Wyoming, United States) operates the Services, including product development, infrastructure, digital marketing, and day-to-day platform operations. Spectra Solutions SL (Spain) is the merchant counterparty for card payments processed via Redsys, as described in our Legal notice and Payment terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Accounts and eligibility
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features.
Subscriptions, purchases, and access
Certain content may be offered on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. Fees, billing cycles, taxes, and renewal terms are presented at checkout or in your account where applicable. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled in accordance with the cancellation method provided.
We may change prices or plans with notice where required by law. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect where applicable.
Payment authorization and recurring billing
By providing payment information and completing checkout, you authorize us and our payment-processing partners to charge your payment method for the amounts, taxes, and billing frequency disclosed at checkout or in your account (including recurring subscription charges until cancellation). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payment-processing matters (such as authorization, dispute routing, and card-network handling) may also be governed by Redsys, acquiring-bank, and issuer rules applicable to the transaction. Refunds and chargebacks
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund terms shown at checkout, any product-specific terms, and mandatory consumer-protection law. Chargebacks and card disputes are handled through card-network and issuer procedures, and we may provide transaction evidence to payment entities when required.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us using the details in the Contact section below as soon as possible.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operations, infringing intellectual property, harassing others, or using the Services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
The Services and their content (including course materials, branding, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and any separate license for purchased content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial learning purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from paid content except as expressly permitted.
Disclaimers
The Services and content are provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
Educational content is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional judgment, licensure requirements, or individualized professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where such limitations are not permitted by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for operational, legal, or policy reasons, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that should survive by nature (including payment obligations accrued before termination, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless different governing law applies by mandatory consumer-protection law. Courts in Wyoming (unless otherwise required) have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice as required by law.
